Went to my car last week 4 a replacement left breaklite saw Dylan and co they went beyond service 😑 will definitely be getting my car serviced there when it comes around 4 service thanks for everything guys 👦 Stuart cochrane

Book my vehicle to have your $249 oil change. received a call to say I needed a brake fluid flush, new wiper blades, an air filter and a wheel alignment. I agreed to all but the wiper blades as these as these had only been replaced 3 weeks earlier. When I picked up my vehicle, the service manager at Frankston refused to fill in my log book. When I got home after travelling a full 3 km's, I checked the oil and noted the oil was not changed. I called the service center and was told the reason why I had such a high oil level was due the DPF dumping diesel straight into the sump. The only upside is that they asked me to come back and complete the oil change (as it should have been done in the first instance).....I can now see why the book was not filled out...I can also confirm there is no issue with the DPF as the car has been operating normally which confirms the oil change was never done at the outset. I also question whether the additional work (at an additional $273) they claim needed to be done was ever completed. Would I ever go back to MyCar or recommend them to anyone.....?? Absolutely not!!

My experience was so good I am now returning to have my car looked at more regularly, after having a really bad experience 12 months ago is was devastated. The staff now there are fantastic highly recommended and compassionate

They identified issues and made recommendations of issues needing fixing. As well as doing my regular service

Frank was very professional when I called to book the car service. He was clear & concise with collecting information about the car’s history.
On arrival he was very prompt & attentive.
The vehicle was serviced within 4 hours & they were able to do extra items that came up, immediately. Everything was completed in one visit making it very convenient & efficient. His explanation of the additional items was very thorough & clear. Highly recommended.

The man that served me was great. He explained why I needed what I needed and also gave me a bit of time to vent about the issue. His customer service was top tier.

Quick even though they were closing at 2pm fitted me in at 12.30

They were nothing but nice , explaining to me everything they had done & things that need doing with time frame

A swift puncture repair and friendly service

I had a problem with the brakes on my car.
Most mornings when I reversed out of my garage there was a "squealing"noise when I applied the brakes.
I arranged an inspection at Mycar Frankston,expecting to be told that I needed brake pad replacements. I was told that the brakes were fine and that there was no cost for the inspection. The gentleman that I dealt with was very helpful and the service was first class.
I will be promoting this service centre to my family and friends.

The work was done on time and for the agreed price.
However, they left greasy hand prints on my alloy wheels which I cleaned myself afterwards. Apart from that all was good with the car.

We dropped in to get pricing and information. The service was offered immediately and we had the car back less than 2 hours later. We were very happy with the process and the result. Hats off to the guys at My Car Frankston.
They will be seeing us again for our regular servicing.
