Only complaint would be that the balancing weights fell off one of the tyres 2 days after fitting.

Sam went to great lengths to source the correct tyres and service my cars.

Big shout out to Sam and the team at Forster MyCar Tyre and Auto for always being so professional, efficient, client focused and easy to communicate with.
I called in late yesterday afternoon after being made aware that our sons car needed a new tyre asap before travelling to Sydney and Sam straight up came and checked it, agreed that it was in need of replacing and organised for it to be done then and there. I can't thank Sam and the team enough.

Staffing argumentative
had to take my car back as they didnt have time to complete service even though it was booked and payed before service date had to drive in to forster again to complete service 5 days after original expected date , had to remind staff member to wind back the service notice on the dash after service completed .

Only took as long as advised and only replaced what needing replacing not replacing and charged for unnecessary parts
