I got several punctures, they fixed as they reminded me, at no charge. Fast and friendly as you wait.

After a lovely week holidaying in Forster with our extended family, we were all packed up ready to drive 500k's home when I noticed a tyre on the boat trailer was flat. By sheer good luck we went to My Car Forster where a faulty valve was diagnosed. Twenty minutes later both valves were replaced. When asked how much do we owe, we were told there was no charge. It doesn't get much better than that! My Car Forster, you are the best.

My mother went in today for a $46 rego check. When she got the bill another $48 was tacked on for wiper blades, without her consent. She was already struggling this week and It’s outrageous that she had to pay double for something I could have fixed with a trip to Repco and $14.

With a tyre puncture day one of holidays and no phone reception to book, we drove to Forster in hopes to get someone to assist. Not keen to drive 2 hours home on the spare.. No dramas for the team, took the tyre and sent us to enjoy our day, came back after lunch and they swapped out the repaired tyre of the spare. So accomodating and really thankful for their help!
