I ordered the wrong size tyres, but the staff were incredibly helpful. The receptionist and mechanic quickly arranged and fitted the correct size without any delay or extra charge. Excellent service and very professional. Highly recommended!

I had tyres replaced, no problem, the job was done in a timely fashion and well, but I had locked my glovebox but someone had opened it, one of my documents was on the floor?

Not necessary to go into glovebox to change tyres.

Engine oil cap was not put on properly and car leaked engine oil in my parking garage. Got it looked at afterwards by MyCar Doncaster.

Generally, a good experience. BUT, a couple of problems. 1. They always want to change reasonably good tyres on my car. Tyres that will easily do another 10 to 15 thousand kilometres, and still be legal
2. They top up my coolant with god knows what (twice!). Even though the coolant is on MAX level... WHY? They completely fill the expansion tank. Do they want the system to overpressurise and blow up? Twice I have had to siphon off the excess fluid, much to my annoyance.

I was able to book the car in for a service within a week. The Team did a great job and even identified two flat tyres with a slow leak that they fixed. Super happy with the price as well - worth using MyCar ..... as they are affordable.

Really happy with the car service and reports received. Pre-paid sets expectations and they let you know if your brakes will be due at the next visit etc

Excellent service. Found time to fit me in and finished the service in a very timely manner even had the added bonus of 12 months road assistance thrown in.

Good service and honest delivery

I used my car all the time, service, changed tires and etc… for both of my car. Usually I am happy with the service especially on some occasion I felt the warmth and caring from the team. This time my logbook service which is the premium service was not done properly. My wiper has got no no water in the spray at all. When I tried to use it after picking up the car, it was empty. It might be a slow overlook but from a customer perspective, what else did they overlook? After all the trust built up over the years, there is doubt now. This is also especially the response I got when I voiced my complaints. There was no sympathy or concern at all in the attitude I received. I don’t think there was a ‘sorry’ said. Just a human mistake actually ignited my anger further. I know we all made mistakes as human, but abit of remorse or sympathy helps a lot sometime. The worst thing was amen I brought my car in again to fix the problem, I was avoided and no further explanation or sorry was given. Maybe I am asking for too much but I think in whatever area we work in, customer service and doing customer wants to come back is important. But to be fair, I had good experience there as well over the years.

Forest Hill mycar Tyre and Auto Victoria. Quick and convenient to check in. A phone call explaining the problem and possible solutions and cost. I was able to collect car earlier than I expected and it’s running beautifully.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They did not try to upsell me but did the service at a fair cost. I have confidence that they are not going to rip me off.
