I had the worst experience with my recent wheel alignment. They didn’t fix it and told me to go to another shop but still charged me the full amount. The customer service was terrible—they didn’t listen to me and offered no solution at all. Very disappointed.

I dropped off my car early and told them that I needed the car back by 2.30. I didn’t get a call about my car til 1.40 to say they needed more time on my car as they weren’t sure of the problem and could they keep it til 5.30. This was impossible for me to do as I have parenting responsibilities. I now have to rebook my car in and organise help from others which has inconvenienced others. I feel they left my car til the last minute as I know they only did half hours work on the car even though they had the car there for 5 hours. Not happy.

My vehicle was having some issues starting. I thought it could be the starting engine or ignition switch. It ended up being just the battery cable that was loose. Very honest and friendly people. I would recommend them every time

Car was booked initially for a service. Was informed that a new battery was required, front brakes replaced & front light restoration was completed. Pleased that these items were attended to.
However, whether the tyre pressure was too high or the wheel balance was not done, the drumming noise is annoying.

Tyres replaced at short notice

Quick service. Price match.

Went in for a simple service.
They came back to me with a quote of $4500 for things they have picked up that need fixing.
After a second opinion I discovered they have tried to get $3000 worth of more work.
Not happy over charging and trying to take advantage of someone they thought knew nothing about cars.
