Needs improvement
Booked via phone & was told they would look at the issue then give me a call before they fixed anything to discuss how much it would cost. Arrived at 8am (booked time). Was told someone would call me by 8:30am. By 10:40am, still no phone call so I called them. They said they're finishing it up now & I could pick the car up in 15 mins. Got there at 11am to pick up the car & was charged $140.
Positives - the issue was fixed.
Negatives - no communication, did not deliver what was promised, charged more than I had budgeted for (based on initial phone conversation at time of booking).
Will not be using this mechanic again.

The team were friendly from the start and made everything feel easy, especially the online booking which was quick and straightforward.
What stood out most was how helpful and attentive they were throughout the whole process. Even though it’s a larger company, the service still felt personalised and genuine, which made a big difference.
Overall, it was smooth, professional, and easy. Would definitely recommend

Booking online and clear communication making things easy!
Booking online made things very easy and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. The staff on the day were all extremely helpful and I will use mycare for Tyres in the future.
