The staff looked after my car and did everything they were asked to do. They called and let me know of other issues with my car. Asked if I wanted them done now or later and gave me a price so I could make a decision. The manager was very helpful with this process.

I had new tyres fitted at mycar Tyre & Auto in Endeavour Hills, and the whole experience was fantastic. Being a female, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting when it comes to car maintenance or anything mechanical, but the team here made it super easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, honest, and professional, and my car was ready right on time. It’s so nice to deal with people you can trust — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend the Endeavour Hills team!

got my tyres changed and come home and 3 of my nuts were loose. will never be going back Endeavour Hills.

I have had several breakdowns in my car in which My car Endeavour hills/ Waverley Gardens have not solved at all.

so the first incident happened after getting diesel and coming home from parking and about 2 hours later the car did not start at all. Got the tow truck through My car and they took it to Endeavour Hills to be told they put start ya bastard in the motor and got it started and claimed it was a bad batch of diesel. The 2nd time my partner was driving to work and lost power again, fortune Ly was able to pull over, turn the car off and start it and it was good to go. The 3rd time I was driving the same thing happened and loss of power pulled over and turned the car off and then wouldn't start, Tow truck was called and taken to Endeavour Hills. They had the car for 3 weeks to then have to call to get updates to be told a auto Elec was coming out as they suspect it being a immobiliser, in which auto Elec ruled that out and then they told me it was a fuel pump $925.00 it cost me all well and good. 4the time same thing happen with my partner driving to work called the tow truck and was taken to Endeavour Hills in which they guy told me it was the battery and wanted to charge me $385.00 so I picked my car up and brought a battery elsewhere which cost me $260.00 to then fit it in the car and tried to start and once again didn't start. I got another tow truck out through My car to then be advised to take it to Waverley Gardens so did they. The guy there told me I was a carbon build up and did a carbon clean and put fuel cleaner in, brought it home and 4 days once again the car broke down on me. I then told the head office again to be advised to take it to a professional that deals with diesels. We then called someone that we know that does not live close by told us to try and release the fuel cap and start in which we did and it started. he then advised us to buy a genuine fuel cap from ford which was $37 and have not had a issue since, I emailed my Car to get a refund on the false diagnostic they have done that has cost me to be out of pocket of $1185.00. I have all receipts and emails how do i go about getting a full refund, I have also had to sign up with RACV roadside assistance.

Khalid is the most down to earth mechanic I’ve come across, he gives honest and fair options, and will move mountains to get your car fixed at a respectable and reasonable price. Don’t trust my vehicle with anyone else

They were happy to price matched my choice of tyres. I didn't want a wheel alignment but they did it for free anyway because they wanted to guarantee their tyres.

They cracked 3 of 4 hubcaps and didn't even tell me
À 1hr job turned into almost 3 cause they went to lunch
Knowing I was killing time at the centre waiting.

Left me standing in reception where all could see me for almost 10 min till another customer a man walked in
