Communication was good and car ready on time

Honest and thorough, all round a good experience having my car serviced at MyCar Eltham.

I had a badly damaged tyre that needed to be replaced at short notice. Thankfully there was a tyre in stock and I was able to have it replaced quickly and with a smile. Excellent friendly service from Chris and the team. Thankyou.

Was able to assist with a breakdown and did not charge for unessecary costs.

Mycar provided excellent service in repairing my puncture at short notice, much appreciated.

Great guys. Very helpful and informative.

Communication, service and the little things.

Gave a quote when I delivered the car, then without informing me or calling me did the work but price increased significant. They admitted that they had done wrong but was not willing to keep the original quote.

I went in with an issue and they did not hesitate to help me. Thank you for your great service

Hus and Mycar Tyre & Auto Eltham could not have been more helpful. They repaired my tyre within 24 hours. They also gave me an honest appraisal of whether I needed a new set of tyres, and confirmed that I wouldn't need another set for another 20,000 kms or so. I'm very grateful.

Great service

I called the day before to confirm a service and my tyres to be changed, I requested that it be done before lunch time as I needed it for work. They said that was no problem if I drop the car off early, which I did. I called at 1pm to confirm it was done and they said that the person was on a lunch break and the tyres hadn't been done and they didn't even have the car down to be serviced. They rushed the tyres to be done by 1.45pm, still the guy hadn't returned from lunch. There payment system didn't work so that took another 10 minutes and they said that I should have called them again in the morning to remind them as they are really busy. So I was late to my job and my car didn't even get serviced. The only reason I left this review is because I continually receive emails.

The team at Eltham are absolutely great. I alway choose mycar Tyre & Car for all our cars. Chris, Hass and Orlando are friendly, courteous and helpful. There's nothing that they won't do to make the service fully satisfactory. Thank you the team of mycar Tyre & Car at Eltham.

They scratched my right hand door and when questioned, denied and wrongdoing.

I understand mistakes can happen but owning up to them is a sign of respect and dignity. Unfortunately none of these characteristics were displayed
