Very helpful, pleasant staff. From booking through to dropping my car, and then picking it up, all staff were professional and polite. Wonderful customer service. Thank you very much.

Timely and friendly service

The staff took care to examine what need to be done and gave a clear explanation what need to be done .

I’ve been coming here for my car service over the past two years and have always had a positive experience. The staff have consistently been friendly and professional, which is why I kept returning.

However, my recent visit was disappointing. I was asked to cancel or reschedule my appointment because they suddenly wouldn’t accept my usual drop-off time—even though 4 PM is still listed as an available option on their website. This change wasn’t clearly communicated, which made the situation frustrating and inconvenient —that I had to reschedule

I hope they can improve their communication around policy changes, as this experience was a noticeable step down from the service I’ve come to expect.

The way they did work is very unprofessional. I booked for tyre change, first time they said my car need different tyre than what is being booked through online system, so I booked for next week. Next week, I booked for 11:30 am and upon arriving at the workshop they told that the tyre has not arrived at their location and will give me call once tyre is delivered-no certainty when job will be done! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I later cancelled the booking. I am not going to use their service. This is not how a business is done, service must be delivered on booked time.
For those who plan to use this service, make sure they have all what you need befroe booking. Less than 1 star

Quite disappointed. I have been going for a number of years to mycar ed square, and I had a general service for my car, which cost me around 1.2k, then on the same day as I left a sound was being made, 2 weeks later to go back only to find out that the wheel bearing was damaged and was insistent to mycar that the sound was on the same day I left after the service had been done. They still charged me 450 for it and didnt budge on not accepting this. Theyve lost a faithful customer, I wont be returning there anytime soon.
