Great work!

I requested that my car be serviced whilst we were shopping and having lunch. ...... and it was!

Delacombe My Car are friendly, efficient and affordable. They have always looked after myself and my car.. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’m very grateful I found them (plus the free road side assist is a bonus) 😁

I got my tyres 18months ago, Jack and the team at My Car DTC were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all the extra ongoing benefits.
So we Returned for my husbands Subaru tyres, Jack especially went over and above to get the best tyres at the best price for our car. Really appreciate his efforts.

Customer service wasn’t at par with the previous years I’ve been taking my car in this branch for service. No courtesy call when it was finished, leaving us in wonder when it is ready. Couldn’t contact the CS neither to atleast find out for ourselves. As My car doesn’t have the pick up /drop off of clients we had to walk in the heat to get the car later in the pm guessing it might have been ready by then. Explanation of parts to be repaired is very rushed.surely, they can be considerate than this

I was charged $240.00 to replace a broken window. An hour and fifty minutes labour I was charged. That is over a $120.00 an hour. Come on, I get my car, my wife’s car and the mother in laws car all serviced by you at DTC. Not no more, you have lost our regular customers..

Its near my home and my both vehicle service with them no issue at all so very much recommended to everyone

Excellent service finished way before pick up time,

Made a booking for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment. Was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Ended up taking 90 minutes. Quite inconvenient.

The person I spoke with was informative about what needed to be done and the price. Call was provided with an update on further items that would require addressing. Car was available to be picked up prior to agreed time and the bonus of 12 months roadside assistance is great. Can’t speak highly enough of the person who I spoke with initially and who served me on the day.

Initially I was concerned as the tyres for my car had not arrived in time for my booking, however this was quickly and efficiently rectified and all four tyres were fitted in good time. I would certainly use mycar again and am happy to recommend.
