Helpful, pleasant staff. My car always runs well

Used website to book in, had to pay instantly despite knowing I needed more parts like globes and wiper inserts. I was booked in at 8:00, arrived 7:30 hoping someone would be there early since I had an appointment I could not be late for. Kmart ute arrived at 8:15, mumbled apology. Took my keys, No real handover or chat about any problems to check out. SMS was received to say car was ready, thankyou. Picked up my car, globes replaced as requested, but wipers still perished, No battery test information printed, or report on operation or underbody as stated on booking website. The attendant was more interested in me swiping my card than talking about any problems picked up or evident, obviously doesn't want any further business from me.

Jack and his team are always friendly. courteous and efficient, and they do a great job.

Always fit me in on short notice even when there busy, I’ve found them always to accommodate my requests as I can be a bit fussy when it comes to my cars, would definitely recommend them to everyone 👍👍👍👍

Easy to book and Jack listened to what I required

Great service great price was just disappointed that the service was not done on time as booked (explanation given short staffed due to sickness) would of just been nice to be informed before service as I gould of rebooked and due to that I had to taxi home and had to cancel work for that evening as they couldn't guarantee me it would be done that day however it was done by end of that day but still lost a days work without pay.First time using them I will give them another go though.

Jack and the team at Delacombe are exceptional there is never any hidden costs, they are fair and as a woman I don't feel like I'm getting a run around, they get the job done and anything else is a call and confirmed with a quote before proceeding.

Great customer service, listen to me and understood my "woman" explaining noise in my car. Informed with what was wrong. Done a great job and was nice and quick.

Great service and was surprised how quick the turn around was for the service to be completed.
