I took my car for a logbook servicing and it had no problems before hand, and then after my car started having battery problems. I replaced my battery and I am still having issues with it.

Bad service

A puncture is never great
A puncture is never great, but the team at Dandenong were able to source a tire and organise a time for them to fit it. I was able to leave the wheel and come back another day to make sure my only wait was for the new wheel to be put on the car and aligned.
Very happy with the service.

MyCar Service at MyCar Dandenong.
The manager at MyCar Dandenong was fantastic- I was almost not going to use MyCar at all after a couple of bad experiences with MyCar (Parkmore) Keysborough. He was understanding, empathetic and was able to book me in for my car service the next day. When I arrived he explained to me the steps they would go through, keeping me informed throughout the day when there were anything needed to be discussed. I was given a call around 2pm as the service was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived again he explained what was done. I paid and left - I actually noticed a slight difference straight away, the car felt great - so I was extremely happy with the whole experience- will definitely book in for next service or anything else I need to get done.
