Highly recommended
Friendly, knowledgeable, made the whole process seamless and did all the heavy lifting (literally). Went in with a nail in the tyre on a new car. I had already had the spare put on so left the wheel there- they patched and put it back on for me. To top it off, since it was a continental tyre it was covered as a warranty job.

I recently had a puncture and contacted the centralised appointment line. I had an appointment at the Croydon my car within an hour. Super helpful and professional and I was back on the road within 45 mins. Thanks Croydon!

Overall very good experience
Given the price of the regular service over the phone and estimated time they would need vehicle. Got a text when car was ready to pick up.

Honesty and integrity
Shortly after I dropped off my car I was asked called to say that there was still some life left in my brake disks and could get a few more kilometres out of them. Most other repairers would have just gone ahead and replaced them without any consultation.

Great shop
Fast service, clear communication and fair pricing. Mitch was quick to tell me about the problem when I was in a rush and had my car ready to go faster than I needed it. He explained the pricing clearly and answered any questions I had about the fix and I was very satisfied with how he communicated. This will be my regular mechanic moving forwards.

Drop off with a punctured tyre was so-so and the expected phone-call on completion never came (even the next day). Pick-up on the other hand was nothing short of outstanding. Professional, friendly and pit-lane fast. For that part 5 stars plus.

Great experience
I was able to get a same day Sat appt to fix my puncture tyre.Joel was careful and efficient, fixing the tyre in no time.Both Warren and Joel were polite and professional.Will certainly recommend.
