mycar Tyre & Auto - Croydon Recensioni

The person who helped me was very prompt in dealing with my issue. He helped me straight away, without any fuss. And was very capable at fixing the problem that I had.

All good so far

New tyres at an excellent Black Friday price, good communication and fitted on time with no fuss.

The mechanics at Mycar Croydon Victoria are very professional. From the time of booking, to sms reminders, to vehicle drop-off, vehicle pick-up all went well. And the cost of service is reasonable I’m satisfied. The service reports and technical explanations given to me are easy to understand and comprehend. I highly recommend this devoted group of guys who are dedicated in looking after the safety and efficient running of my Kluger.

Extremely helpful and squeezed my car in for an interim service after I had the misfortune of getting a flat tyre on top of a leaking tyre (due to a tiny nail). So two tyres down right before Christmas!

Easy to book and efficient process from start to finish

I was a walk in, I dealt with Mitch who explained they were really busy but would take a look at my car. He called a few hours later, explained the problem what was needed and the cost. Could not promise it would be fixed that afternoon, it depended on when the part arrived, I was surprised and extremely grateful when he called later on to say that the work had been done and my car was ready to be picked up.

Great work once again!

Great staff, very helpful

Staff are very helpful and kind., did a good job on my car(service)

Great customer service, competitive prices and communication is why i will return, hassle free.

One star is too generous to rate you. Way overpriced and customer service was not good. We were loyal customers but after this last service we won’t return.

Efficient staff. Polite and professional. My car is driving so much better.

Great service and trustworthy advice!

They know what they are doing - they meet all challenges.

Fast, efficient, on-time.
