I don't know much about cars. But mine was making a nasty noise. So I took it to these guys. The noise went away.

Looks like they actually did something to fix my problem which sure was nice of them. I've been to other places where they basically admitted to doing nothing to repair my car, but these guys actually did their jobs. Perhaps it's a low bar but it's all I wanted. My car doesn't make noise anymore.

They are a funny bunch. They have that no nonsense, slightly standoffish working class behaviour about them. Perhaps a little rude, but also clearly competent. Honestly it just felt genuine to me. These are exactly the sort of people you want fixing your car. I liked doing business with them and I will be back.

Justin was very understanding and helpful with my emergency tyre situation.
He offered to have a look straight away, suggest replacement tyre options that suited my preferences and to get it replaced early Saturday, so that I could get on the road.
Richard was helpful also.

I purchased my holden trax in April 2025 and 3 days later I booked it in for a service at myCar Corio, The car was going well till November when I took it back and was told that there was no coolant in the car. I asked why they didn't pick it up in the full service they conducted in April? I was told that someone must have filled it up with water. I am 65 YO and don't even know where to fill the coolant in my car. They obviously did not check it in the previous full service I paid for. As a result significant additional repair costs were required at the last service. I am not confident to return to them for future car services.

Had a last-minute need to repair a tyre and they accepted it the same day. The job was done within an hour – quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Great service and highly recommend!

I booked my car with My Care to confirm that my suspension needed all the control arms &brushes to be replaced as stated by another car services business. Justin drove my car around the block twice and put it up on the hoist and said there was nothing wrong with my suspension. Couldn't replicate the noise I hear when I go over speed bumps or reverse. I am very confident that there is nothing wrong with my suspension. Merry Xmas to me!

Corio - MYCar are always helpful, efficient and explain what is wrong and what they can do to fix the problem. And always give you a price beforehand.
I can use my Flybys, and if you get a car service, they have Free Roadside Assistance.
