When I was able to speak to a mechanic the were very helpful

Good experience, they explained what was wrong with my car and what they needed to change. Gave me a quote and an expectation of when that replacement would be needed so I didn’t have to book in too early. The only problem was that I booked my second repair service on the spot to get the brakes replaced on the day I got my car originally serviced and for some reason when I rocked up three weeks later I was not booked in. However another man there was kind enough to fit me in when there was a last minute cancellation.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. They provided exceptional advice regarding my new tyres.

Fast and efficient. Up front quotes are the best. No surprises on pick up.
The only thing this visit that was a little surprising was my wipers needed new stripes. I wasn't called and they weren't replaced. This in the past has been done at no cost as the price is minimal.
