Very helpful assistance over the phone when booking. Team sent an txt when the tyre was ready and were willing to remove the spare and replace the wheel back on the car. Professional & friendly.

Was a very pleasant experience

I can't thank the Coburg team enough. You're keeping us safe on the road and I am so grateful 🙏. Thank you servicing my old Rav4, and when strange things happen (lights on the dashboard glowing) accepting her back to check and make safe. Wonderful service, kind and caring staff, I can't fault you and team. Thank you.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The job was done very promptly. I appreciated the 30 day warranty on the new tyres and the follow up on that.

Car was towed in for engine failure, roadside assistance team was great and I have had really good relations with the watergardens store in the past, my car got towed to coburg as this was the closest store on breakdown, my vehicle required a new engine I was quoted and not really given a reason why as to how the engine failed and what caused it just that it needs this and this is the price. A whole engine was fitted into my vehicle with in 24 hours I got it back and multiple things were wrong the car clearly wasn’t started or test driven after failing to tell me the job got subcontracted somewhere else. I needed to tow the car back to coburg as it broke down again 2 days after getting it back. The car sat with them for a week, I finally have it back and I am not confident it’s still 100% correct but I don’t want to take it back to coburg. I am STILL waiting for an invoice so I know where the new engine came from in my vehicle and what the engine nimble is for vic roads, the lack of care factor and attention to detail in that store is mind blowing… you’d think putting a whole new engine In a customers car you would have a proper diagnostic as to what went wrong and why, where the new engine came from. Not to mention the second breakdown they told me there was water in the coils from washing the engine bay!? Last time I checked the coils are behind a plastic cover. Not sure how that happen but again no answer no explanation, not even any paper work on both visits, I would love a call from someone in head office so I can get the details that I require to give to vic roads in order to keep my car complying with their road standards

Phenomenal Service! I've been having my cars serviced at this location since I moved to Australia and they've always been amazing. The servicing is done quickly and thoroughly. I will continue using My Car for their great prices and amazing staff.

The only problem was Not enough customer contact while the car was getting new tyres. I had to phone twice to get an update. Initially I was told 2.0hrs approx. and work would be completed. I dropped the car off at 09:00am. My first phone call was at 12:30pm to find out how things were going. I was told the new tyre’s had just arrived and the car would be ready at 2:00pm. I then phoned at 2:45pm and was told the car is getting a wheel alignment and should be ready at 3:30pm. I did mention that they should have contacted me to let me know what was happening. They apologised when I pickup the car. Just needs to be improved. Cheers.

For the past 15 years, I have had my car serviced at mycar, from Preston to Coburg, and I have always been satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at the Coburg branch was extremely disappointing.
Firstly, a message was sent to my husband at 5:10pm advising him to collect the car, even though the closing time was 5:30pm. When he arrived shortly after, the store was already closed.
Secondly, when my husband returned the following morning, he found the car parked outside in a 2-hour parking zone, while the mycar parking spaces were empty.
Thirdly, my husband had to return again because the fuel gauge was not working properly after the service.
Finally, the next day when I drove the car, the ignition was running rough. As a result, we had to bring the car back once again last week.

We paid $1,400 for this service and did not expect this level of inconvenience and poor workmanship. After 15 years as loyal customers, this experience has been very disappointing. Due to the issues outlined above and the lack of care shown, we have lost confidence in mycar Coburg and will not be returning in the future.

I trust you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other long-term customers do not have a similar experience.

Great communication and service. They were able to identify an issue with the engine mount and have it fixed very quickly for me during a routine service. My car is running perfectly again and I’m really happy with my experience. Thank you ☺️

AC not working upon pickup, cabin fan only working when switched to the highest position. Went straight back into the office, staff were not phased, indicating they had not worked on that part of the car, so it wasn't anything they did. Further suggested it wasn't working when I brought it in (which it was). Solution was to bring it back on Monday to have it fixed. Did some research, 2 connectors had been left unplugged when the cabin filter was changed. When reconnected, works perfectly. Unsure if this was a genuine mistake, or if they wanted more money out of me. Also, my $1 supermarket trolly coin was stolen from the glovebox. Very unfortunate experience.

The turn around was quick and fairly priced. The booking process was not straight forward particularly if non standard problems needed attention.. Overall and good experience

I like the online booking process. Stuart and his team are helpful and professional. I think mycar service are competitively priced, and certainly much more affordable than the dealerships.
