Very happy with my new tyres replacement & new brakes replaced..

My Navara went in for a service 4 week ago. That was all done great and they found my front wheel bearings noise. It was replaced yesterday 18th. I can feel and hear the defence in the UTE. Great work guys.

I’ve been coming to this car service centre for a while now and have always had a great experience—friendly staff, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. However, during my recent visit, I was greeted by someone new (a tall gentleman) whose approach felt quite distant. There was no eye contact or smile, and I felt a bit uncomfortable with the interaction, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

I understand everyone has different styles, and perhaps it was just an off day. But I do believe that in any service industry, a warm and respectful attitude goes a long way. Customers are the heart of any business, and feeling acknowledged makes all the difference.

I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but as a gentle reminder of the high standards this place is known for—and why I keep coming back. Looking forward to the same great service I’ve always appreciated.

I went there to book my little car for service. I got a booking in 2 weeks later date. I went there for the service on the booking day. I realised the price was 289 but i saw the price in the website was 229. When I asked I was told it is something plus service. When I asked what extra things I get the person couldn't explain and he was not interested. So I asked him to change my booking to basic and do the service. Then he said then I have to rebook for another day. I'm available only on Saturdays. I couldn't wait for another 2weeks because car has already done like 100km over the service due KMs. So I didn't do it at my car and just went to a local mechanic and got it done on the same day.

Great experience - polite friendly staff and helped me out very quickly with the nail in my tyre. Would 100% recommend

Had an engine rebuild done on my car, was great that I was shown after it was all done, what was wrong with it and explained very well. Been seeing these guys for years and will keep doing so.

No fuss. We had our car towed to the closest mycar to our place, they received it and diagnosed and quickly figured out the issue. By the next day, it was ready for pickup. Awesome service.
