My car came back damaged and leaking coolant i also needed to put oil in it myself after having a service not to mention my engine plate fell off after returning home the day i picked my car up

Booking our Falcon for new tyres and full wheel alignment was simple. On the day the work was completed quickly. We then drove 4500km in 4.5 days, towing our 4.5m poptop with absolute ease. It tracked on all the the uneven roads perfectly.

Had a fantastic experience at My Car in Cloverdale today. They went out of their way to do my service quickly and recommended I get two tyres changed but weren’t pushy and promoted their sale date for booking it in. Would highly recommend.

After a very poor experience with dealer ship (luxury car) on arrival in W.A 12 months ago, decided I would approach Mycar for log book service. I have always used Mycar for new tyres in Melbourne.

Very friendly and informative staff. Advised of the cost when booking made. All details were explained when I collected my vehicle of work carried out.
Only thing not completed was service book stamp and date.

Josh and the team at Belmont are always so friendly, helpful and professional.
I’ve never had a bad experience with them and they are the team I recommend to everyone. Always reliable with a quick turnaround, very informative and always succeed in making me feel at ease. (Not an easy task) I drive a Tarago and I know they aren’t the easiest car to work on, yet they have always had a ready smile and a positive attitude when they see me coming.

Paid ahead online to ensure no pay surprises or unexpected expenses when it came to my service. when I go to pick my car up, I'm told while I've already paid, I owe $10, not only this, but I wasnt told what that was even for. Just that my account was in arrears. Now $10 isn't a lot, I'd
already budgeted AND paid for my service, this extra $10 was not mentioned when I dropped my car off, and only when I went to pick it up. Not only this, but it was not communicated to me what the employee was doing when he left. He just walked out without saying anything to me. Granted, the $10 was waived, however If someone is paying for a predetermined cost for services, the company should not be springing extra costs on the customer last minute. Not only this, but my car was parked in a position that was extremely difficult for me to get it out safely. Over all very disappointed with the customer service and general handling from the cloverleaf branch. I got serviced at the banksia Grove branch a couple years of years ago, and in comparison this was a terrible experience.

Very accommodating fitted my car in at last minute super friendly and rang to check first to see if i wanted a couple of extra things replaced before going ahead job done when they said it would be done ✅ Thanks
