Jake got the service done well and once identifying that we also needed tyres, got the size we needed quickly so we could still go on our planned trip. It was reasonably priced and their fitting was done super quick. A really nice guy to deal with and it doesn’t hurt that he is easy on the eyes too.

Sent my partners car in for a logbook service and to have some repairs done. Made a note of all repairs for the mechanic, asking for them to advise what it would cost, and if it could be done while they had the car. All they did was the service and replace one brake bulb. Claimed the 20L fridge was in the way of the access panel in the boot, when it wasn’t tied down and had nothing in it. Noted all my concerns, but didn’t call to advise what could be done or to ask if I wanted it fixed, only added the repairs to the report, or simply said “further diagnosis required” for concerns they were given specific detail of. Almost $900 for them to take the car from 9am to 3pm, and all they did was change oil, oil filter, cabin filter, a visual inspection and a diagnostic scan. Will not be using any MyCar service centres from now on. Waste of time and money

The online booking process was informative, transparent and simple. The guys did a good job, were friendly and the car is running well.

It is very difficult to get contact details for your local store from the web site or phone tend to over exagerate repairs needed
