I brought my car here for some diagnostics, and I’m afraid I’m quite disappointed in the outcome I received with my Hilux. I had been visiting for a de-grease as had been informed that my rear transfer case had a leak (amongst other leaks), and would need a de-grease to properly assess. Once completed, they told me to return in 200kms to see where the leaks were located and also provided me with a quote for other things requiring repair. I sought a second opinion from a mechanic who specialises in Hilux models, who completed the repairs at significantly less of a cost than what I had been quoted (which My Car had said I only needed the rear shackle bushes replaced, I also needed the front done as well). The new mechanic also said that the rear transfer case plug was completely missing which, when getting degreased or diagnosed by My Car, would have been apparent. This meant my transfer case was totally empty and could have potentially have caused catastrophic problems for my car had I continued to drive it (and no… I didn’t exceed 200kms like I had originally been informed to do by My Car staff). In short, grossly over-quoted for issues which have now been replaced and repaired by someone who explained the process clearly and concisely, but also didn’t either forget (or completely didn’t notice) to put the transfer case plug back/that it was missing at all. I think the staff are friendly with their customer service for the most part, but I find the integrity of the workmanship poor, as what was also evidenced from a service I had with them the time prior to me returning for the de-grease. I will not, unfortunately, be returning back to My Car.

Worst service on the planet.
First off, I got a call saying the tyres I ordered were now unavailable so took their advice and opted for another set - at greater cost off course.
Had a booking for 10:00am for four new tyres to be fitted. I arrived at 9;50 and was told it would take roughly an hour. I returned at 11:30 and the car was still standing there - hadn't been touched. No apology, no "how can we rectify this?', just a blank response.
Unbelievably bad service. Stay away!
