Not good for EV owners
They weren't able to fix any of the issues I had and the service manager seemed totally negative towards BYD cars in general

Fast service and great communication
Michael was very accommodating when I rang to say I was running late due to fog and an accident on the Freeway.
My car was ready for collection within 45 minutes of dropping it off!
I am very pleased that my car was done so quickly and I was able to get on with my day.
