Professional and top notch service

Greg and his team at Casula went above and beyond to get my car to them when it was towed to a holding yard in Sylvania. I broke down at 9pm 25km out of range and the mycar towing service can only go so far after hours.

I was going on a holiday two days later and was very worried about my car not getting fixed before I got back, or being lost. Greg went through a lot of back and forth with the head office but assured me he would do all he could and to enjoy my holiday.

First day back I called and he had fixed up my car and it was ready for pick up! I appreciate the care everyone took to make sure my car got where it needed to be so I had one thing less to worry about when arriving home.

The experience was ok ,but could have been a little faster service. The manager took on to much work from my view point.

Great service always. All work and costs explained. If anything is noticed, you are called for approval of the work.

Good communication, good service.

Dropped my mazda last Saturday for major service and safety check. Was charged almost $1000 between service and new battery + safety check. First of all the safety check was not completed even though I was charged for it, they did not do the brake check, so it was not registered with service nsw when I went to register my car, and I had to return the following week so they could complete it.
Meanwhile when I compared what was completed for the major logbook service with the mazda website, there were things missing - the transmission fluid had not been replaced for my manual car and the wheels/tyres were not checked/rotated, as recommended. I’m not sure the brakes had been properly checked either as part of the service, given the issue with pink slip.
After pointing this out to the manager when I took the car back, he first told me he was too busy and that I would have to come back a third time to as he’ll need to look into it first (I had tried to call on 2 separate days during the week to speak with him and was told he doesn’t work those days). After arguing with him that I should not have to return a 2nd time let alone 3rd and showing him the list of things requiring completion from the Mazda website, he agreed to change the transmission fluid while completing the safety check.
I use Mycar because it’s a large company that I believed would be hassle-free and would have quality standards to abide by.
However, after this experience, I will be going elsewhere in future.

Great customer service, keep me informed on the car service rang me as he recommended a wheel alignment. We return there again.

Greg and the team, were flat out, yet knew my car and found the issue. No mess, no fuss at industry rates. Great team and I will use My Car Casula again.
