MyCar Casuarina ~ Great Service
MyCar Casuarina are really great to deal with. Very professional and efficient and well priced. I just had 2 tyres replaced balanced and aligned and the Team checked my brake pad levels which I wasn’t expecting. Thank you to the MyCar Casuarina Team for great Service!

I have been a customer for just over a…
I have been a customer for just over a year now! I admit I am a male with absolutely no knowledge of car operation and maintenance. I need to have faith that the mechanics are telling me the truth around issues and problems with my vehicle. Not only does the team at Mycar take the time to explain to me [in very simplistic terms] what the problem is; what needs to be done with it, and if its a simple fix... fit it at no cost!
My only criticism is the parking... a 90% chance of getting a new scratch or dent attempting to leave the lot!

Horrible car parking bays at this…
Horrible car parking bays at this location, way too tight. When I got home I noticed scrapes on the front passenger bumper. Must have been scraped while it was parked in one of their bays. :(
No scrapes on the car prior to the service.
The actual service and the service manager were fine.
