Very thorough and explained everything so I’d understand

I had a service and alignment booked. The service seems decent but I dont think the alignment was even done. Then later when i called to ask for a quote for a part repair they tried to overcharge me 3× more than the official dealership.

Was able to accommodate our booking earlier when requested. Job was done on time.

The tyres took a few months to come in but they always rang and kept me updated they couldn't do enough to help great service

I got inspection from there for name transfer. Servicing was quick and they refueled the engine with fuel for free, That's a world class service

The outcome of work done on my car after every service is satisfactory and this has given me the confidence to trust the team.

The guy on the front counter at Casuarina was great. Even though my pick up was late due to the wrong part being ordered, he was apologetic, owned the problem, was honest and kept me informed. Errors occur but he handled it well.

Sam and Dane provided great service.......Knowledgeable, helpful, polite. Good price too.
