Excellent service as usual

They were professional and accurate. Quick and convenient with replacing the tyres in the midst of attending to other cars that were already there.

I'm happy with the tyresI got from the company. I needed four new tyres and a rego check and mycar delivered.
I used my Rego details on the website to find the tyres I needed, ordered and scheduled a time that was good for me which is excellent for someone who is time poor.
Being able to do my Pink Slip was a bonus and Rego is done.
I love the warranty and after market service provided.
Friendly staff and work completed before scheduled pickup.
Overall just a great experience...Thank You Team.

Excellent work and great customer service.

I've been coming to mycar for the last year. They've always been really friendly, easy to book and helpful. One time I came in last minute with a car puncture and they even fixed it for free. Really appreciative of the team for always going above and beyond. The location is also excellent as it's in Castle Towers, so you can go for a quick shop or catch the Metro or a bus if you need to go somewhere else while the work is being done.

Diagnosed and communicated the issue quickly and completed the work in a few hours.

RIPPED OFF. Car taken for Pink Slip and the 'Check Engine' light and was told on drop off "That's easy to fix." Phone call later, typically when you're unable to talk, "Front wheel alignment needed". Why, almost new tyres and I do under 5,000km per year on local streets? No signs of uneven wear at all and I mean none at all!!! ($89 + GST) Then "your brake fluid is old and needs changing!" No questions asked as when the brakes were last serviced ... so ... "old?" ... they had no idea how old it was to even make that assumption (Another $99 + GST). Brake fluid level was exactly where it should be and is NOT old. Engine oil changed (another $289 +GST for Shell engine oil worth only $65 and oil filter $15 retail). Also wanted, at 3 times the actual cost, to replace front wiper blades. Dodged that bullet. Never again, if I want to get ripped off I'll go to a dealership.

Took my car in to have two punctures repaired and was really impressed with the service. The team were friendly, efficient, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s great to deal with people who are professional and genuinely helpful, thank you and highly recommend!

Even after knowing that I have done my pink slip in February, the person at the reception did not tell me that I don’t need another one for 6 months registration and charged me for the inspection and gave me a quote for $700 for fixes required.

The team were able to source spare parts and arrange repairs quickly.

We had a service & pink slip. The pink slip was not sent to Service NSW and we had to rearrange work schedules and take the car back again the next day.

I had a great experience at Mycar Castle Hill. The team was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to all my concerns. When I mentioned that I had found a cheaper price elsewhere, they didn’t hesitate to look it up online and actually found an even better deal on a similar product! I ended up saving a lot more than expected. Highly recommend their service!

Price of the tyres was nothing special. The staff were informed and attentive and it was a good experience. The only caveat was that they made no attempt to clean the new tyres, including leaving mud on them after the test drive ( rainy days). I feel given I’d just spent over $1600 that s the least they should have done.

Had a punctured tyre - free repair if you buy it from MyCar.
Fitted me in on the day I rang, which was very convenient for me.
All fixed. The workman also spent time to reset my TPMS tyre pressure monitoring warning light, which he really did not have to. Thanks.

Good customer experience. I needed an urgent puncture repair at short notice which was attended to by staff at Castle Hill. Much appreciated. I have previously bought new tyres at a very competitive price from this store.
