After the worst experience I got my car back with their helpful after hours service. Started to drive home only to find out they had moved the hoses from their secure hooks during the inspection/ troubleshooting process and didn’t put them back so the rubber hoses were loose under the bonnet, and pressing up against my hot engine.

Needed repairs were carefully explained. Work done swiftly and car was ready before it was expected. Very happy.

I bought a set of new tyres from this shop back in March. Recently, one tyre got punctured by a nail, so I went back to order a replacement, fully expecting to pay for it.

While reviewing the new order sheet, I noticed a mention of road hazard coverage. That prompted me to check my original invoice — and sure enough, I had the same coverage from my previous purchase.

I spoke with the staff at the Castle Hill outlet, and they were great. Once they confirmed the coverage, they honoured it without any hesitation — and I didn’t have to pay for the replacement tyre.

Really appreciate their integrity and straightforward service. No fuss, no pushback — just a team that stands by their commitment. Highly recommended!
