I booked in my car for its 80000 km…

I booked in my car for its 80000 km service but they did a 40000 km service. The recepion person showed me his paper work on pick up and it said 40000 km, i checked my booking confirmation confirming 80000 km service. I am concerned that some critical item has been missed out on.

Overall, super happy and will go back.

Everything from the online booking system to dropping off and picking up was easy. I didn't have to wait around to drop off or pick up and they called me to let me know my key was low on battery and gave me the option for them to change it - then I got there, and they had also fixed the buttons that had come loose on it. Overall, super happy and will go back.

Friendly Staff, Efficient service

The team at Mycar Carrum Downs are always friendly and efficient. The car required tyres, I was told 11am, that is when I dropped the car off and It was ready in the time frame I was given.

Never dealing with my car again!

I’ve been servicing my car for years at this branch. They’ve not fixed a single problem. When I went to get a rwc, they told me it was going to be $5700 to get my car passed. Understand the work needs to be done, but I don’t understand why nothing was picked up prior in previous service. Disappointing and poor service from this branch. Never dealing with my car again.

We took our car for a Road Worthy

We took our car for a Road Worthy. One of the tyres had aged, needed replacing. We were notified and the change occurred all within the time originally stated. Very thorough and exactly what we needed. We will continue to trust our vehicles to you.

Great store location.

Very efficient and very happy with the new set of Pirelli Tyres. Very thankful for the Black Friday special.
The Carrum Downs store is so well located with great parking.

Just rough and gruff...

I had some tyres fitted to my car at my local store- so not a major job. The gentleman who served me was gruff and quite abrupt- like I was interrupting his day. The office/reception areas was dirty and dusty (I know it is a mechanical workshop... but still). When I collected my car, I was just given the keys and told "it's over there..." No explanation on anything. Also, my wheels were covered in marks and handprints- doesn't take much to clean them.
The tyres are fine- but you can get more professional and friendly service elsewhere.
And we wonder why so many businesses are struggling...

Slow service times

Our car was booked in for 9am, however they hadn't even ordered the tyres to arrive until that day, what we were told would take 1.5 hours turned into an after 5pm pick up.
The tyres are good, but don't book us in if you don't have the stock

Service done but still need to find out…

Service done but still need to find out when oil leaks are coming from so have to go back which is annoying like to get everything fixed in one day.
Very under staff as per usual need to fix that problem asap.

One of the staff Mr.Spencer was so rude…

One of the staff Mr.Spencer was so rude with me. I have appointment on 2nd of January at 9am.also I have appointment letter as well for proof. He was not talking to me appropriately, very aggressive and so Rude. This is not the way to talking to the customer. Look, I am a simple person, he can talk to me gently, then I can understand , it could be your system technical error or something else. I haven't received any notification what Mr.spencer saying. I repeatedly telling him,I haven't received. But he is arguing and aggressive. I am very upset.

The problem with my car Carrum downs is…

The problem with my car Carrum downs is there understaffed overworked and make mistakes,forget or just no idea,been with my car for the last 10 years for the last year is making me want to try another mechanic ,Carrum downs my car is mis managed and needs a A grade mechanic to get it back to its former self.
