Collected car and looked at the front tyres that was replaced, tyre shine over dirty wheels which was not very professional, would of preferred no tyre shine, and dirty steering wheel, that did not sit well with me

We are regular customers at this service center and the truth is that they never give feedback on the maintenance and today the car had an unbearable whistle and we approached the place, we know that it takes time but we asked the supervisor and he very rudely said that he couldn't and that we would return later, we said thank you and we returned at the time he said, in a very bad way he sent someone to look at the car and that woman said ready, and the whistle never left, to which the supervisor said, it's not Take my problem to the dealership and they didn't tell us anything else about it, very bad attitude from the supervisor.
Tyre Puncture caused by a screw…
Thanks 'MyCar' for fixing my rear wheel puncture. MyCar charged me nothing, that's right - zero dollars.
I admit I was a bit taken aback because I was expecting a fee of about $40. That's what I call service.
I will definitely be a client in the future.

My vehicle was delivered prior to service time and the service completed ahead of time. A problem from a service in June 2023 was fully investigated and a suitable explanation given

I had my car headlights done and tyres checked. Staff was friendly, understood what I want done and service was efficient, and was done well and good price.

Trying to get out of their substandard workmanship.
My Car Carousel had my car for an entire day to replace 2front wheels, alignment, new battery and a service through Tristan who I have always dealt with and have had a great experience. After $845 the car was still pulling to the left, they put the wrong oil in and for some reason the revs were tampered with. Booked my car in (not with Tristan) for Mon 26th 10am and advised would be done by 1pm or he would ring. I advised I drive for a living and need to be working. Get here at 12:50pm to be told no alignment needed (we will see) and oil has not been done and would take another 2hrs because he's (made a point to tell me he's not from this store) on lunch, others had been booked in etc etc and i reminded him, I was also booked in. He said you can take the car and he won't fix it. I advised I'm not leaving and yous broke it so yous need to fix it. He then said I can't talk to him like that (both raised voices) and said I can leave. Not getting off the hook that easy! Asked for managers number to which he refused however will wait the 2hrs and never come back here again. If I could comment without a star I would have, this manager doesn't deserve one at all. Have also contacted consumer advice as well.
I was really impressed with the whole experience
I was really impressed with the ease to book, drop off/pick up and the actual service yesterday. The car drove smoothly , the bill was exactly what I was quoted Tristan was helpful telling me where the bus stop was. Every part of the experience was easy. Thanks my car Cannington! Made my day!
