On arrival the technician was attentive and once the paperwork was signed the car service began.
The team leader contacted me to discuss possible additions to the service and allowed me to confirm pricing before proceeding.

Car with additional items was ready well before the requested time.

Very happy with the service and will be back.

I'm always happy with the team and level of service from My Car Capalaba and won't go anywhere else.

Booked in online for 4 new tyres. Made sure to get the correct ones via rego confirmation. Dropped the car in and 10 minutes later I get a call to tell me that those tyres won't fit, so an extra $80 on top of the price. Gave the ok. Tyres where fitted and a wheel alignment done quickly. When I picked the car up the heater was blowing full bore. I did not have the heater on when I dropped the car off. Two days later the check engine light was on and the oxygen sensor heater circuit has a malfunction.
A few months ago I took the same car to them for an emergency, only to be told my thermostat needed to be replaced, which had nothing to do with the emergency repair and which my regular mechanic had replaced less than a month before.
Lesson learnt. I won't deal with them again. I'll pay extra at Bob Jane or one of the other tyre places and not have to wonder what else has been tampered with so they can get return business.

This company especially Capalaba are very warm and accommodating. You ring and there always there to give you the best quality care and service. I only go to My Car at Capalaba. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
