I always have a great experience at mycar campbelltown as thr customer service is next to none. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I don't feel like I get taken advantage of and find the guys there have always been honest with me, and i know my car is 100% safe when it leaves the workshop

After booking our car in for a service we were notified that it required other repairs, which we agreed to. However after we picked our car up, lights on our dashboard kept turning on one by one before we even left the store.
We pulled up in front of the office and explained what had happened and they investigated straight away. With the problem solved or so we thought we drove off. About 10 minutes down the road, the lights came on again. We turned around and went straight back to mycar and the mechanics jumped straight back in to fix it. They didn't tell us to come back tomorrow or to keep driving and see if the problem would solve itself or to just ignore it completely.
Within 30 minutes they had finally found the problem and rectified it without further cost to us and said if it ever happens again to bring it straight back and they would fix it right up.

Most of the men are very friendly always smile even if they have had a bad day love how they always put at the bottom of the receipt other things that need to be fixed love how they take zip as a payment love how it’s near the bus stops and taxis keep the flirty vibe going guys some of us enjoy that vibe been using them for years now and very pleased with there work would love to see a woman Mechinics there

They are helpful and where able to fit me in the same day

I went into the shop prepared and ready to buy a new tire as I had a puncture. I was met with a, "lets have a look and maybe we can just patch it up for you". After 5 minutes of patching they said the tire was all good and I dont need to buy a new one. Jacked my car up and put my tire back on. When I reached for my wallet and asked how much for the service he said no charge and happy to help. Can not describe how perfect of service this is, definatly worth more as they now have a returning customer.
