I would give this team 10 stars if I could. Their customer service is second to none and they are great motor mechanics.

Easy online booking process and it all went smoothly to expectations.

The man that served me was very friendly

I visited the store and was told I had to pay in cash. When I informed them that I didn't have cash, they asked me to make a bank transfer. This made me suspicious that the money might not be going into the business but into someone's pocket. For safety reasons, I want to share this information anonymously. I also have the bank transfer details if you want to verify them.

The team changed a punctured tyre at short notice on Monday afternoon. I am a delivery driver, and i need to be safe on the roads every day.

Friendly greeting, paperwork all organised prior to my arrival and even though they were 1 staff member short, my car was still finished quicker than expected. Hassle free experience. Would definitely come back again.

Very professional and up to the mark service.

I was given a booking time for 13/5/24 at 8:00am at Campbellfield store. I went to the store at 8 am but it was closed. A staff member arrived at 9am. I had booked in to replace 4 tyres. I was told they didnt have the tyres in stock and told me to come back at 11am. I went back at 11 but I had to wait until 2:20 as the tyres still hadnt arrived. By the time the work was completed, it was 4pm. So in summary, it took 8 hours to replace 4 tyres. That was a whole day from work.
I found this appauling and very unprofessional.

Car started coughing & spluttering as we were heading on a Christmas road trip north. Desperate we called in on the off chance someone could look at the car and 20 minutes later it was fixed and we were on our way. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but kudos to you for your friendly manner and prompt attention. Absolute legend. The car will be serviced by you from now on!!

Another great service from the guys at mycar Campbellfield! My car is like new again and a sneaky leak was found and fixed. It's the only place I take my car. They're honest, trustworthy, efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks again!

Booked my car in for a service online. This was the 2nd service Mycar advised me they would not have it ready by the requested time and could not fit me in for another time that would suit my working hours.

I had a really good experience with the guys here at mycar in Campbellfield.
I had a car emergency last week and they were nice enough to take my car in and look at what might be wrong with it the next day. I had my car back and fixed within a few days (when most places were booked out for a couple weeks).
They were very helpful and very good with keeping me in the loop of what was going on.

Very friendly and helpful service. Car was ready earlier than expected.
