Very unimpressive. Turns out what could have been a simple replacement of a plastic relief valve costing a $70 end up with a gearbox being removed twice and a whole new clutch. And ..... my glovebox was left in the tray of my ute resulting in 50mm of rain on it and ... the cap wasn't replaced on the hydraulic reservoir. The only reason I found that was because coincidentally I had a flat battery a couple of days later and had to lift the bonnet

Easy to book, friendly and well priced.

First, friends of ours go to this Mycar outlet and vare very happy with them (the two Steves). I discussed with the guys at Mycar I was dissapointed with my last Mycar outlet that they failed to carry out the full service that was shown in my Log Book. I showed them the invoive and where I had to go to another Mycar outlet to correct the issue.
When I picked up my car I was told what they did.

Hats off to Stephen and his staff at the Caloundra Service Centre.
I have had several issues come up in regards to my vehicle and they are always obliging to look at the car and book in to complete any repairs at their earliest convenience.

Found a problem that had not been previously noted by other mechanics. Very knowledgeable and reasonable price

Did not have to wait for my appointment. I arrived. The car was taken into the garage and the tyre replaced in a timely manner. Staff were polite and asked if l had any other issues to attend to.

I called first thing on Monday morning, and the team at Caloundra fit me in at lunch to take a look at my tyre, then fixed the puncture while I waited, despite being busy. I think they could tell I was holding onto my sanity by a thread and they turned my day around. Thanks
