The customer service was great! I didn't have to wait long at all and I was really happy with how my car was taken care of. Any issues that they came across they let me know and were very helpful. I will definitely be returning as a customer.

My car was very thorough in the road worthy check for my car that I wanted to sell and helpful in ordering in the parts needed to meet the RWC.

I rang MyCar Cairns City last week to discuss a quote to replace ignition coils. I had received a quote from another company which I felt was overpriced. Very happily not only was the quote much cheaper, but MyCar was able to do the job that day. The staff Michael and Mark gave sterling service. A great experience.

I'd hit a pothole that morning that split my tyre. I rang MyCar Cairns and they could fit me in immediately- did I mention it was Xmas Eve? The service was excellent, the tyre done in less than 10 minutes and the entire process explained. I couldn't ask for a better experience...maybe save for not splitting my tyre in the first place?

Anyway I will 100% go back for all my tyre related and service needs.

Where can I start very friendly people drop off wish can be done quicker

Hi I recently purchased 2 brand new tyres from Mycar on the 20/12/22 as we were driving long distance on the same day. The 2 tyres were fitted on the front. While on holidays at our destination in Bloomfield at our accommodation I discovered my front left tyres were completely flat the next morning. I had to call RACQ to change my tyres with my only spare. This replaced the new tyre. This cut our holiday short and I decided to head back to Cairns early as I no longer had a spare tyre. I was told that my left tyre looked like a fault in the manufacturer as the leak in the tyre was positioned in the front of the tyre and not on the bottom. I will have to bring the tyre into where I purchased it so this can be identified.
