Tried to do online chat no one answered rang the store but went through to a call center finally got through to the store only to be told no stock when the web site said limited stock. Store staff very helpful but web site info and call centers a big No as we what to speak to the people who run the store this is the third sale they have now missed out on .

worst experience at burleigh heads My car, booked a service 2weeks ahead at 2pm. called the shop at 1.59pm to confirm the location so we can drive in, male staff said they were overbooked have 4 cars waiting to be serviced but only 3 hours left and they were under staffed. asked why we cant go in when we have a booking at 2pm, he repeated " youre not understanding this, we have cars waiting and we cant do it". So why take bookings??? We bought a brand new car for the first visit to the shop to have the software to be updated but this reception staff have ruined the whole experience.

The guys at Burleigh were so helpful when I needed a service , great price and amazing explanation of what needed to be done in a way I could understand, damo really explained it well for me .will certainly be my regular mechanic moving forward.

Honesty, service and price are at the top of my list. If you're like me, then I can honestly reccomend Jai down at Mycar Tyre and auto Burleigh Heads. He's the real deal. I've had the pleasure of getting my BYD Atto 3 EV serviced by Mycar Burleigh Heads on several occasions now. On each occasion Jai has been the consumate professional. I have been in the mechanical trade for over 40 years and I know when mechanics or service advisors are trying to upsell especially when it's not needed.
Everytime I've reached out to the guys at Mycar Burleigh Heads, they've gone above and beyond. I've felt like "this is the way my father taught me to do business"
So I strongly recommend that anyone, looking for old school service, honesty along with truly professional advice, plus the added bonus of earning flybuy points on the transaction.

Natalie was amazing and very informative. Did a free battery test and was so helpful and friendly and gave me a great price. I am from out of state and had an issue with my car just before Christmas when we arrived on the Gold Coast. The team were fantastic to deal with, went out of their way to help, and kept me informed across the whole process. Would highly recommend.
