Staff were friendly but car error not fixed
Staff were friendly but the error that I brought my car in for wasn't fixed. Not sure if I was charged for it or not as they asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no as I thought everything was okay. When I brought it back they said they couldn't fix it and to take it elsewhere.

The car is like driving over a pothole
My car was shaking when I was driving, and after checking, I found that it was a tire problem. Mycar not only helped me replace the new tire, but also thoughtfully helped me swap the front and rear tires without charging any extra fees. They patiently handled my problem, and I am very grateful.
