I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the great and friendly service at My Car, Bull Creek. My tyre was repaired quickly, even though my visit was unannounced. The reception was attentive and friendly and the work carried out to my complete satisfaction.

Great service from these guys. Very helpful indeed. Drove in without an appointment and they took to time to help me. Awesome.

Never once let me down with my car tyres check, wind screen wiper replacement and etc.

The staff are great we have taken 2 x cars with flat tyres and both times they have repaired them for free, this is Chorus at bullcreek i would defiantly recommend this place for all servicing well done.

I have my car serviced at Bull Creek and have always been happy with how I and my car are treated. Recently my fuel gauge did not register after refueling. Thanks to Matt and the other mechanics it was checked out and fixed with no charge. My thanks to you.

I was helped by an extremely wonderful friendly and helpful young man when I had a problem with my car. He not only secured a loose flat but remove a big stick stuck against my tyres. He charged me nothing and wished me a great day. A wonderful service I will be spreading the word amongst my friends. Well done!

Great service and easy to deal with. Had a puncture repaired last week and had it all done while I wandered around the shopping centre next door

Dropped my car to be looked at as it kept shaking and a different mechanic couldn’t fix the issue. After a few hours they had sorted it and we’re very accomodating. Highly recommend taking your car here.

First dropped in when there was a suburb-wide power outage, but he checked my tyres for me and informed me of the 40% off Kumho special so I should call for the following week. I didnt want “wheel aligning” to save money and he convinced me to get it done as it is better for the long term - I didn’t feel pressured but convinced. Turns out my wheels were well out-of-alignment, so I am very thankful.

Very happy with the prompt and helpful attendants. They accommodated my requests and were able to assist over the phone to my adding a request. They appeared under pressure and from the past there is a fair amount of phone work taking them away from the work floor.

Communication break down. The last service I had some time last year was Essential Service. However the recent service I had was Essential plus with a Free 12 months Roadside Assist. As I am already an RAC member with such service, I do not require them. As such I would appreciate if you would consider reducing the amount charged. Invoice No:30236579 and Customer No:992365404 dated 25/03/23 to refer.

When calling for an appointment was fully booked but asked for make some room for just the rotation of my tires and they made effort to get it done for me.
I will highly recommend them.

I had my 4 tyre changed with my car bullcreek on 25 Feb.
After picked up my car, I drive for 5 minutes ,immediately the car has notification show that check tyre pressure.
So I went back to my car bullcreek ask the technician.
He said has to be reset the setting, all will be good.
After a week of driving, the notification came out again says " check tyre pressure" again!
I had to find time go back to my car again to check.which is on 3 March 23.
I asked the technical to check on my tyre pressure. He checked, and the tyre pressure is way very high. Too high.
Technician from my car told me that my tyre pressure is very high. Not supposed to be that high.
He asked me why is my tyre pressure so high. This should be the question I had to ask you guys.
Very disappointed about the service. Tyre service shop, put the wrong pressure on the tyre. I was driving it for a week and with children in the car. How if anything happen while I drive on freeway.

They were terribly busy, but they still managed to fit a new tyre for me when I needed it the most.
