Very rude informed them I will be running 10 mins late came already pre paid wasn’t sent a quote for what needs attention than wanted to charge me an extra 110 dollars for something that has no idea what he was charging me for..

Always helpful at Broadmeadows branch. They do all they can to help me when I have any issues with my car. Thanks a lot!

Staff are friendly and take the time to inform you of what was done and needs to be done.

I booked my car in for a service. It was easy to organise and the staff were friendly. During the service, the staff noticed a few things that needed fixing. I got a call to let me know, they gave me the breakdown of the price and the items and I did not feel pressured to do anything. They were transparent and fair.

Brilliant service

Quick and professional

The car was serviced in a decent duration.
When I went to pick the car up, the person who attended to me didn't go through what was done or what appeared on the invoice.
The staff at Tyre and Auto Brimbank Central could teach the staff at Broadmeadows about customer service, they explain everything they did and what I was charged for in the invoice when I picked up my car.

I chose mycar for a roadworthy as they have a licenced tester, were close by to my address and could offer the service within a few days of booking. The service didn't take very long to complete and they were happy for me to pick up the vehicle towards the end of the day. I did have to phone the store to arrange a day and time and ask if they have a licenced tester as not all the mycar service centres have a licenced tester. I think an online booking page could be helpful.

They explained well about my car problem and made my service great.

The car was done is time, as discussed and although I was a bit late, the manager still waited for me with my keys.
