Very good customer service specially from Silvia. Very smooth and prompt service. Highly recommended. Must get the Tyre plan for your piece of mind.

Silvio was very helpful and honest. He gave good advice and explained the details of the service well. I also like the free roadside that's on offer. I'll be bringing my car back again for the next service.

The customer service is good, as soon as you walked in he said. How can I help? We needed new tyres, so he came out to check 1st and to see the condition they were in and told us you really need 4, which we knew that anyway, but it was lovely for him to check for us. He advised us on tyres and how much they were and we chose the Kumo ones that we had previously. He said he had to order the tyres in and if we could come back at 4pm which was good. The tyres arrived at 2pm so he rang and asked if we would like to come in earlier, which was great! Dropped the van off and went and had a coffee and time at the shops, was nearly finished when we arrived at the shop had a little chat with the manager, who is lovely. We've been to Broadmeadows previously and have always got the same service, they even checked the spare and made sure it had enough air pressure in it. This Mycar gives good service which is hard to come buy these days! Very happy customer... 😀

Staff were prompt, polite and informative. They had the car ready well before my requested time and let me know straight away.

I recently had the front brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2018 MY19 Mitsubishi Outlander 2WD at mycar Tyre & Auto Broadmeadows, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The team was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to clearly explain the work required, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.

The job was completed efficiently, pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring, and the workmanship was spot on.

Too much price charged for filter as compared to market price as well no car cleaning done with logbook service.

Done our essential services not a problem but then I can’t believe, they were unable to replace a dead headlight bulb in Xenon HID system. They advised me to go to car electrician.

Found the Manager and the staff v giving me good advice in refinance to tyers .

They were fast, reliable and did the

The team at Mycar Broadmeadows are always helpful and do a great job explaining the requirements of servicing my car.
The only problem was, I didn't receive a text message to say my car was ready for pick up.
Gary apologised and assured me that he would look into the problem.
