The team at myCar Pacific Fair were really great, quick and friendly on both of my recent trips there (car service and then new tyres). Overall the experience is much more positive than I've had through other mechanics in recent years. Have already recommended them to my family for their next service.

The only issue I had is with the call in system which is an overall myCar thing - nothing to do with the Broadbeach store itself which is why I have still given 5 stars. The online booking system wouldn't allow me to organise my service and said I had to call, but the phone line option is not intuitive at all. Being voice activated by specific phrases rather than giving you options select from and then sent me off to a generic call line after dialling the direct store number - if this was changed it'd be a near perfect experience overall. I understand having a dedicated call centre can be helpful but when needing to speak to someone specific in store that I'd been discussing things with, it was frustrating and time consuming to have to start all over again with someone new at a call centre.

Timely, helpful and efficient. Callum was very helpful and friendly.

Callum was very pleasant to deal with and my car issue was diagnosed and repaired in the same day earlier than estimated. The repair cost seemed fair.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff

I have been going to my car pacific fair for about three years now for a number of things tyres , servicing etc . I have found them very helpful knowledgeable and pricing very good . Great job guys keep it up

Very helpful would highly recommend

I had a screw in my tyre that the guys diagnosed didn’t penetrate the whole tyre so was simply removed. They didn’t charge me a cent, very much appreciated!

Very disappointing experience, I booked a week ahead been very specific that I needed to be out by 4pm, they were 45 minutes late, didn’t find the time to do the gear box oil not offering a discount or anything except a flat apology… not good enough!

The store manager Nicholas was fantastic to deal with.
He gave prompt, professional & excellent service which is very difficult to find these days. We will be definitely back again for our next car service, thank you.

Friendly approachable and hard working

As a matured woman I was most impressed by the way they handled my concerns of the boot struts.
