So helpful and kind particularly in dealing with a woman. I did have an issue with my number plate as well which they fixed , it had been broken for months. Much appreciated.

great service - got the car back up and running quickly. They had a challenge getting the part from the supplier - actually the supplier sent the wrong part :-( which delayed things - but this was out of control of MyCar

I had bought a set of tyres a few weeks ago and was very happy with both the service and the product. I decided to have my car serviced so I called and booked it in. Everything was so professional and seamless. All done on time and everything as I had asked.

Very friendly staff who organised a time to attend and then fixed the tyre repair in a timely manner for a good price.

I am happy with the service given by the Brandon Park team. The ASC (or ABS) warning light on the Mitsubishi remained lit up. The car skidded a few times on a short run. Drove to myCar and was told to leave it with them to run some diagnostic tests; this was on a Friday afternoon. They found the problem but could not get the replacement part from the dealership until Monday as it was not a standard stocked item. Had expected a big invoice for the job but was pleasantly surprised with the bill. I think the store manager took into consideration the recent logbook service on the car which was a huge amount.
I got my car back at the required time and it has been driving smoothly since.
My thanks to the store manager and his assistant for the excellent service. This includes small jobs like changing light globe and mechanical checks without appointments.
