We were setting out for a long weekend at a wedding when we got a nail in the tyre and needed an emergency repair. Despite being very busy Jack and the team at MyCar Braddon had us I the road again in the time it took to have a coffee. All under warranty. Very impressive service!

Our car broke down after-hours - we had it towed to MyCar and they helped us out first thing the next morning. Super service!

Excellent service and professional advice

I had problems installing Driving Lightbulbs in my daughter's car.
As mycar, Braddon, was the closest mechanic, I rang and spoke with Jack and explained the trouble that I had.
Without hesitation, he encouraged me to bring the car in and he would look at it.
As I drove in 5 minutes later, he met us in reception and immediately went out to the car and commented that he could do this quickly.
He completed it within ten minutes.
Jack is a credit to himself and mycar, I was so impressed by his cheerful and enthusiastic manner.
Due to Jack's approach to his work and help in fixing my problem, I would have no hesitation in returning to have my daughter's car looked after in regards to servicing and any other car problems!
I would have no hesitation in recommending mycar, Braddon to anyone who needed a good and trustworthy mechanic.

Huge thank you to Jack and the team at MyCar Braddon. While visiting Canberra we discovered one wheel was missing three of five bolts!!! As a MyCar customer from Melbourne, I called the Braddon store and Jack said, “Bring it straight in.” He assessed it immediately and had us safely back on the road within 30 minutes.

What MyCar did well: speed, transparency, and genuine customer care. Jack’s calm approach and problem-solving under pressure turned a potential multi-day delay into a same-day fix. With a less customer-focused business we could have been stranded.

Extremely fast service - mine was first car dropped off at opening time and was ready by 9.00 am after 2 tyre replacement.
Staff member was extremely apologetic about Eftpos failure and requiring cash (no problem) but that was not a local fault.

Great price and service at Braddon mycar

Very good service by Jack and his colleague to service and fix two cars both on a Saturday morning. Check with me on an expensive repair on Hyundai Getz and still get it done. Then do a 70,000km service for Honda Civic.
