We once had a problem with the electric window switch, the dealer quoted over $700 to fix, mycar sourced a second hand part and did it for $250, brilliant, thanks

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, told person behind desk the issue re 02 senser and engine light on. Picked up car 9 hrs later and a $930 dollar invoice, engine light still on, checked diagnostics again and 02 sensor code still there. They claim they checked diagnostics which clearly they didn’t.
Called MY CAR boronia this morning and they are denying all accountability for the poor service and lack of communication re the 02 sensor. They don’t even deserve the 1 star but can’t leave comment without pressing the star. I am beyond unhappy and clearly the mechanic who looked after my car needs to be replaced

You’re safe with my car
The team at my car tire and auto in Boronia were super easy and friendly to deal with. The online booking system made things a breeze, and the team didn’t hesitate to reach out to let me know there are a few extra things that could use some work on my car, but they didn’t make me feel pressured to lock them in on the day, they just let me know more as a courtesy to ensure that I was getting the most out of my car and that I was staying safe.
