They were prompt with service, did the work for me as I waited & were courteous to deal with.

Customer interaction is perfect. Well posed questions, respectful, and understanding.

They did the job on time and provided advice on other work that will need to be done. Some of this work i will do myself the rest i will book in for january 2023.

These guys are great! I have had a few issues come up with my car lately and they have been so patient and helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure I’m not spending money where I don’t need to which is a rare find these days and instils a lot of trust in them

Aaron and his team have helped our car on numerous occasions with tyre puncture and very quick to put the spare on to at least get car back on the road. Subsequently bought set of new tyres from these guys to support local business. Always courteous and very patient in explaining the situation with their honest feedback, which I rate highly for customer experience.

Orgnianal consolation was very rude, placed blame on me as the customer for asking questions. Frequently expressed that he didnt know the history of previous repair jobs done at the same location a year prior.

Car needed a new engine. Took nearly a full month to complete the job with not a single update - left in limbo until finally a text with an invoice saying the job had been completed.

Disappointing given amount of money spent at same place. Not the same since Zach left.

Recently punctured my tires and took the car down for repairs. They were quick and active to fix the issue with fantastic service. I was back on the road within a day. Great service and easy communication.

Electrical fault reported - not properly checked - recurred the next road trip (3 days later). Battery not checked - car would not start at all 6 days later! Car towed to my GOOD mechanic. Don’t trust mycar!
