Had my car recently looked at, and it came back worse than when I dropped if off.
Four different managers in four years, should explain it all.

Initially I was told I would be called back to confirm my quote and no one called me back. I followed up my tentative booking and the tyres had not arrived at the time I was to bring in the car and was not told about this.
After the car was finished I called twice to ask if the spare tyre was changed and no one called me back. Very disappointed in the service as this is the first time I’ve used this business

Every time I have an issue, flat tyre or issue with my car they’ve been the best. From the guarantee for 12 months to rapid tyre delivery to after hours support. It’s really hard to get reliable and trustworthy service and it’s an absolute delight to find a place that’s so good

Although I'm an existing customer of Mycar, This was my first time into Bentleigh east branch. This branch is much more busier than the one I am used to however, to my surprise, I had the same wonderful experience and waiting time I usually get when visiting the other sites!. The service is truly standardized and decent at Mycar. The staff are great!; professional, friendly, always smiling, dedicated, and true to their word!. Keep up your excellent work Andrew & Amr!

Andrew & the team were great to deal with. I had what I thought was a small auto electrical issue so did a walk-in.
Amr was awesome - very engaging, very professional & explained the issue along the way.

Was told there was a drop box for my keys, and there wasn't which meant I had to go back when it was inconvenient. Then I wanted to pay for the repair early but the system was down.

I just got the car serviced and also spent alot of money as the car needed alot of things done to it. so will see how the car travels from now that I have picked it up,
however having said that the staff were absolutley delightful, friendly helpful and efficient.

3 different managers- not one of them called when they promised.l had to call to get an update on my car. Constant delays and rhetoric about parts and delivery. The mechanic broke a “pipe” and it was finally sent to a specialist to deal with. I spent money on Ubers to be constantly told of another delay. The Mycar customer service team ( Aimee) were very helpful when they finally provided a hire car.
