I have had 2 log book services done at MyCar Benowa now and am very happy with their customer service.
The team are very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.
I will continue having all my mechanical work done there.
A special thanks to Scott for helping me out with those Mazda Wiper blades.

The customer service was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. When I asked for my tyres to be checked it wasn’t a problem and I was given an honest report which I appreciated. I had new tyres fitted and balanced at a good price a few days later. The whole experience was hassle free.

Work always completed on time with communication through the service when required. Professional and friendly customer service.

Coby was helpful over the phone and guided me through which repairs were most important to fix first. I was happy with the service.

The new engine oil is still black which is surprising since the oil filter was also changed. Not sure if the tyres were rotated. Received a long list of repairs costing thousands (which is helpful to know) so I'm selling the car to a dealer. Not sure why a few litres of oil and a filter costs so much ($289) but I'm happy "free" Roadside Assistance is included for 12 months (though I can't use it since I'm selling next week).

After a challenging experience of being stuck in peek hour traffic and cars racing up behind me while sitting in a completely dead ute loaded to its maximum hours from home I was grateful the towing company suggested Benowa as the place to take me. Not only did they take all of the stress out of having to arrive after hours they where fast in responding, calming and assuring on the phone and kept me up to date. Even with other jobs and what was a busy day with lots going on they worked miracles to get me back on the road the following day that not only saved me a lot of stress but extra night in accommodation, It is not often you come across this level of service anymore and im that impressed that i will travel back here for any future services and support i need for me vehicles. thank you for making such a difference.
