The work done was fine. However the appointment time was 10.30am but the job wasn't complete until 12.30pm.

Great service, Zac was wonderful in explaining everything and I will happily continue to be a customer.

I have always found MyCar to be good with service. They had a glitch with a computer system that delayed pick up of the car but otherwise, interaction with Daniel and his team at Benowa was great and I am happy with the advice and service provided. Thank you.

They went above and beyond to help me recently right on closing time. They stayed back to find out why my engine was overheating, explained that my radiator was leaking, filled my car up with water and provided a timely and reasonable quote for service and repair all with a smile and professional warm nature. Thank you guys!

Drove home and my hubcap on my wheel came off. Clearly wasn’t put on properly during my service of my car.
I phoned the centre to get some support/solutions and wasn’t helped much. The staff member wasn’t very apologetic or wasn’t interested in helping me.

Also when dropping off my keys prior to my service I had to wait about 10mins for someone to come to the desk. Even after I pressed the buzzer I would’ve appreciated a staff member just popping their head in to say “sorry, we’re busy. We’ll be with you soon”.
I just don’t think this centre has the best customer service which is a shame

Did the job as specified but failed to complete the service within the agreed timeframe and did not call to let us know that they were running behind schedule. We made an unnecessary trip and had to return at an inconvenient time to pick up the car.

I had a blow out on the M1 after hitting a huge pothole, dropped the wheel and they’re at Bundall on Thursday afternoon and got a call later saying it was ready for pick up. Tyre was replaced under the Mycar warranty, no charge. Highly recommended

There were no hidden charges or extra costs with the service. The communication was great. I also booked through Linkt and got a $40 discount making the service great value for money.

The other day I went to pump up my semi flat tyre and noticed a screw in the tyre. Mycar was right next door to the petrol station so I went in and told them. They said they could fit me in straight away for a puncture repair and they were done within 30 minutes. Great service and a professional timely outome . th guys!!

Lot of extra charges..not satisfied they did work..eg wheel alignment .
