I had my car booked in for a tyre care replacement. Specifically gave a 4 hour window for this service as I needed to be back at work. I turned up on 4 hours and no work had been carried out on my car. Unfortunately, I had to take my car and my car/tyre has not been seen to. I found the sales person quite rude with zero empathy.

Noticed my right front tyre looking as if it was going flat so called into my garage for them to assess issue. Ben finally found a small slit that could not be fixed, so offered a new tyre under my guarantee, when I bought 4 new tyres from them. The Benowa MyCar has been the best choice I have ever made to look after my care...as the team thre go over and beyond..Thank you to Ben and MyCar their extremely helpful manager

The management accommodated our request to be taken early in the day so that another medical appointment could be on time. We are always pleased with our car runs after the service and the added bonus of road side assistance is a plus.

Polite prompt and efficient service.

I booked through Linkt so was able to save $20 for a basic service. No problem with booking the car in. Rang me about 3hrs later to say car was ready to be picked up. The guy at reception was able to add my flybuys points, which was great. The report said l had washer bottle leak, but nobody actually told me. I would have liked to have discussed it at the time, so not sure what l was supposed to do about it. But overall l was pretty satisfied. I will be taking my car back there in the future.

Very attentive team at Benowa location. All tried hard to fault find the issue with my vehicle and gave great service

Tyres are not new they gave marks all over them and then have not been out on correctly or look like the wrong type

I have used this store frequently in the past with my previous car and always felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in your care. Although the staff I dealt with previously are no longer there, my partner continues to use this store regularly, which is why I chose to return.
Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. When I received my car, the tyres were very dirty and honestly did not look like new tyres at all ,they appeared more like used tyres. This immediately made me question the quality of the work.
Additionally, all plugs for my dash camera inside the car had been unplugged, and the camera itself was left facing sideways when the car was returned to me. I was not informed of this beforehand. I have never experienced such careless and rough handling of my vehicle before.
While I understand that there are likely good staff members at your store, the service I received yesterday was the worst I have ever experienced and has left me with a strong sense of distrust.
I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you will take this feedback seriously.

Great staff, quick and on time completion

I was not happy with the previous tyre lasting only 40000 and the was damage to the side wall that was identified by your machinics in the service and now everything seems to be ok. ? All it was about was a sales pitch until he realised the Km on the Tyers. I ended up buying new tyres on the back as the side wall blew out. All you were worried about was that I had rotated the tyres, when in fact they were all done under each service. For the time and effort it would have taken me it was not worth it in the end. Sorry for the rant but that’s how I felt.
The mechanic that initially sore me has left your branch and the new staff member was very nice and helpful

The guys at Benowa did a great job at fixing the issue with my car in a timely manner and explained the proceedures and cost attached. They also gave good advice and went above an beyond. They are a credit to the company in all respects. I would advise that they be officially recognised for their hard work and dilligence and great customer service. 10 stars to Benowa Mycar.

The guys were great and had my brake pads replaced and changed the tyre so quickly
