Got 4 tyres for cheaper, had my spare already on, as instructed they put back the spare in the boot and installed all 4 tyres properly.

Honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend them.

Alister was amazing woe to go, big job done on my car and he was very patient. Will be coming back (hopefully no more emergencies)!

Had my car towed on Tuesday night, was dropped off Wednesday morning. The car wouldn’t start and there was smoke coming from the engine. Was told it needed a new fuel pump and front brakes. Paid $1921 for it to be fixed and picked up Thursday. Go to start my car Friday and the same issue occurred. I now can’t get my car towed to Belmont as it’s not the closest my car and auto from where the car is parked and now won’t get it looked at for another week and a half.

Reasonable price and easy booking process.
Would prefer more detail on invoice such items checked. Did not reset the next service indicator on the dash.

Service is good, as usual. However, the communication was disappointing on this occasion.

When I booked the car in online, I included notes advising that I would be dropping the car off early and would require a key drop box. When I arrived, there was no drop box available and no one had contacted me to advise otherwise. This suggests that booking notes are not being reviewed prior to appointments, which made the process inconvenient.

Following the service, I received my invoice outlining additional items that require attention. As the store does not provide a direct email address to respond to, I emailed mycar Tyre & Auto directly to request a quote for the recommended repairs. As of today, I have not received a response.

I would appreciate improved communication moving forward, particularly in relation to booking instructions and follow-up enquiries.

I have had my 3 now 4 cars serviced through my car and in particular Alistair has taken care of me and with a recent experience with having a car serviced as part of a deceased estate his patience was much appreciated. My father in- Laws car was in much need of a service.

Really loved my service at mycar Tyre and Auto Belmont.

Lack of attention to detail, oil dipstick not replaced properly causing oil leakage into engin bay.
