Very thorough and friendly service. My car needed additional work when I went for my service, and I was provided a fair quote and talked through my options. 10/10, I will be a repeat customer.

The staff member was very friendly and provide a very nice customer service. And the car service finished very quick. Very nice experience!

Ran late from scheduled pick up time, items marked completed on service list where not attended to e.g windscreen fluid not added. Makes me concerned about what was completed and the attention to detail in the service.

Last minute call to punctuate repair in the morning and got my tyre fixed in the hour

Very happy with my tyre repair. Fast and efficient.

Took 19 days in total to get a leak fixed. I had to drop my car twice within a space of 1 month. The first time I got the car back, I asked if they checked for any other issues and they were adamant the issue was fixed. I noticed the exact same leak after 2 weeks and brought the car back and was told it is a new issue even though drove the car only 3 times and short distances. I also had to call multiple times to ask for any update even though I insisted on getting regular updates.

Poor service ! I had my car serviced here and they advised all brakes / rotors need replacing, which I agreed to. After the service my car developed a shudder when braking on hills. Two times I took the car back for rechecking but each time the mechanic said the brakes were ok and there was no shuddering . I then got a 2nd opinion from another repair place who advised there was a shudder in the brakes / rotors needed machining. Advised the manager who then agreed to do this . This took 3 goes to finally get it solved.

Following a service, I was advised that my Mitsubishi ASX required replacement of a valve cover gasket ($260 including fitment and another $40 to degrease engine). This was replaced on 17/12/22 and then had the vehicle serviced 6 months later and the was advised that this needed replacement again despite having driven less than 10,000km. I explained that this had only been replaced not long ago my MyCar and the mechanic removed the gasket and said that it does not appear to have ever been replaced. Had it replaced with Churchill Automotive and have no issues.

I was told that my car was needed for 1.5hrs when I booked it in for a tyre rotation and balance which I was fine with that. I dropped it off at 11:30am and was expecting it to be ready by 1pm. It was 2pm when I called to ask if my car was ready they said it will be ready in 15min. I got a message from my car App and at 2:02pm my car was unlocked. So they hadn't even started on it!!! 15 minutes it took them to do my car but I waiter over 2hrs!! More upset that my car sat there from 11:30am - 2pm and wasn't touched until I called to ask if it was done.
NOT HAPPY!!!

I’ve always serviced my car with Mycar, and this is the first time servicing in Belconnen, Canberra. I asked for an Essential Plus Service, and to check the battery and a vibration. They didn’t even check if the windscreen washer had water. As it’s completely empty (as I took it in the morning), They charged $738 for that service, 2 tyres, break fluid, air filter and alignment. Was it all done? No clue! The car has the same vibration, no water in the windscreen washer at all, and they didn’t even mention anything about the battery. I don’t recommend this place. Very disorganised and I’m 100% sure I was charged for things they didn’t do/ completed. When I called to ask (just 20 min after leaving the shop), they said they were not sure about what they did or didn’t and I should bring the car back for them to have a look.

I’ve been going to MyCar Belconnen for years. I have had a Nissan, Skoda and Jeep serviced by them.
I can recommend these guys highly.
The manager Jordan knows what he’s talking about and the price is always very fair.

Called MYCAR to book in for 200km service. Once I arrived I spoke to Warren, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His customer service skills were exceptional and will definetly be taking my car back to Belconnen my car. 10 out of 10 experience!

Westfield. Fantastic quick service. I work in the mall was so convenient. The young men that served me had excellent manners and checked with me before doing anything extra like putting 2 new tyres on . Happy to recommend my car Belconnen.
